Merle Griff, Ph.D.
Dr. Merle Griff is the Founder and CEO of SarahCare Senior Solutions, and one of the leading authorities on the care of seniors in the United States. Dr. Griff has served on numerous national boards and task forces including being the past Chairperson of the Board of Directors for NASDSA (National Adult Day Services Association), member of the International Advisory Board for CARF (Commission on the Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities), and a task force member for the study of adult day care in the U.S. for the Assistant Secretary of Program and Evaluation in the Department of Aging. She has been an invited presenter at both international and national conferences including the World Congress of Family and Child and The International Conference of Educators.
BG (Ret.) Loree Sutton, M.D.
Brigadier General (R) Loree Sutton served in the United States Army, and as the Army’s highest-ranking psychiatrist, Dr. Sutton served as the founding director of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) and was a Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. Prior to founding DCoE, Dr. Sutton served as Commander of the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas, Commander of the DeWitt Army Community Hospital, Deputy Commander for Clinical Services, General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital and as a Special Assistant to the Army Surgeon General. During her military career, she received many awards, including the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and Order of Military Medical Merit. Since retiring from military service in 2010, Dr. Sutton co-founded Threshold GlobalWorks, providing resilience and trauma skills training and consultation services across the country and around the world. In 2014, she was appointed as commissioner for the New York City Mayor’s Office for Veteran Affairs, then serving as the founding commissioner for the NYC Department of Veterans’ Services through 2019. Dr. Sutton is currently running for election to serve as the Mayor of New York City.
Mr. David Webb is a presenter, anchor, and journalist entertaining and informing the public for over 30 years. His broadcast career from music to talk spans Boston, Houston, Dallas, New York City, radio syndication and currently satellite radio on SiriusXM Patriot 125. He is a Fox News contributor, Fox Nation Host and The Hill newspaper columnist. Mr. Webb has appeared on radio and television worldwide; on CNBC, CNN International, BBC Radio and TV, NDTV/India, Dutch National TV, and KSA2 Saudi Arabia. He has been featured in various media outlets in Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, France, Australia, Brazil and Canada, and in documentaries. Mr. Webb serves as a Board Member for the Young Marines National Foundation and Wounded Warriors Family Support. He is an Advisor to the V.E.T.S. Program and the Iwo Jima Association of America. Mr. Webb was one of TIME Magazine’s Person of the Year in 2011 and received the National Police Defense Foundation’s Excellence in Media Award in 2015. Mr. Webb studied Political Science and Journalism at Holy Cross College, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Charles Everhardt has been active in real estate investment, development, finance, and purchase of distressed assets for over 30 years. His development experience spans across various asset classes, including gaming and casinos, luxury condos, hospitality, and build-to-suit gas stations. He also has significant experience with adaptive reuse and rehabilitating historic properties, and the conversion of office buildings and hotels into multi-family and mixed-use retail. Charles has sourced and structured equity and debt in excess of $2 billion.
Eddie Dovner has 40 years of real estate investment, development, and finance experience. He is a serial entrepreneur who started one of his businesses with a $10,000 investment and brought sales to nearly $100 million. His development experience spans across office buildings, multi-family subdivisions, and hotel properties. Eddie and Charles have partnered on numerous adaptive reuse and conversion real estate projects.
Andy Golubitsky has over 12 years of real estate development experience. Prior to joining VSUSA, Andy held positions at Macklowe Properties and Douglaston Development, where he developed multiple residential, retail, and hotel properties. Prior to his career in real estate development, he practiced architecture in Boston, New York, Moscow, Kuwait, Istanbul, and Port-au-Prince, and worked on projects ranging from large-scale master plan mixed-use communities, multi-billion-dollar hospital additions, ambulatory care facilities, data centers, university campus buildings, dormitories, luxury and affordable multi-family projects, private residences, and commercial interiors. Andy holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development as well as Urban Design from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
Alan Nessim has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment management across asset classes including residential, hospitality, office, and retail. Alan is the founder of Hispania Capital, a firm sourcing and managing equity and debt on behalf of private and institutional investors. Alan has a track record of capital allocation across multiple fund and co-investment vehicles in the U.S. and Europe. Before his involvement with VSUSA, he served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Royal Palm Companies and the Participant Capital funds, featuring the development of Paramount Miami Worldcenter. Prior to his experience in real estate, Alan worked for Glencore International in Switzerland, where he focused on the metals and minerals, mining, industrial, and energy sectors. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and a diploma from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Gbenga Omosuyi has experience with institutional investing, business development and strategy, and relationship management. He started his career at the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) division of Deutsche Bank AG, New York, where he managed institutional clients’ business development and relationships. He subsequently moved to the Wealth Management division of the bank, where he was part of a team providing corporate investment and lending solutions to key clients, and transitioned to business management, focusing on business development, strategy, and transformation. Gbenga holds a Master of Business Administration from Yale University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Montclair State University, and an Advanced Management Certificate in Digital Transformation from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
Maximillian Everhardt began his real estate career at just 20 years old when he founded the Navigate Group, a short-term rental operator, managing properties in Illinois, Florida, and California. Maximillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business and is currently getting ready to attend law school in January 2021.
